Setting new goals for the new year.

This year, I’ve set some new goals.
1) Getting better sleep. I tend to stay up too late and then get up early with my kids. Now that they’re older, I need to assign more responsibility on them.
2) Helping others more. I talk about doing things, but a lot of the time I don’t do as much as I should.
3) Staying focused. I am forgetful in the sense of remembering little things. I’ve been keeping things listed on my phone or a post it note and it seems to be working.
